Since 2013, we have run triathlon and swim camps that prioritize an athlete’s experience and individual development, leading to short-term and long-term athletic performance. Many of our participants refer to our training camps as “the best five days of the year,” as they get to focus on training, resting, fueling, and learning, while finally being able to set aside the other aspects of their lives.
Our Mission
CAMP CAMP CAMP!!! We are biased, but we think our camps are the best weeks of the year. These experiences provide athletes with the chance to receive in-person coaching while swimming, riding, and running in some amazing training environments. Camps are hard, but you will leave stronger than you arrived and with new friends and great memories to draw on throughout your triathlon career. All are welcome!
While the prospect of camp can be a bit intimidating (I won't know anyone, how does my fitness and technique compare to others?, isn't this stuff for kids?), I have found my camp experiences to be some of my fondest memories along my journey as a triathlete. They provided an opportunity to learn new things, improve my approach and technique, hear from amazing professionals and most importantly, to build a community with my fellow campers. I have built relationships with amazing people through each of my camp experiences which carry through to today. You need camp in your life!
