Swim Camp November 2024
Swim Camp November 2024
Our swim camps have been helping triathletes get OFF their performance plateaus for almost a decade. By showing you WHAT is going wrong, how to fix it, and how to build your fitness effectively, we have a three-pronged approach that WORKS.
2024 Cyclocross Clinic #3
By August, your cyclocross fitness is probably ready to go, but maybe your skills need some...touching up? Our 2024 Cyclocross Clinics will progress over the course of three weeks, moving from beginning skills to intermediate and advanced by the end of the three weeks. You will finish the series having learned:
Handling the bike through changing your body position
Cornering in different contexts
Dismounts (and the harder skill, REMOUNTS)
Shouldering, carrying, and running with the bike
Barriers and unrideable obstacles
Starts and dealing with traffic
The clinics will progress over the course of the three sessions, but we will always have one coach dedicated to bringing on those who are new to CX.
